DISTANCE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the use of the services, applications and all other digital content offered on the https://partnersoftomorrow.com website of the SELLER. In this contract, the online informatics and art online trainings given on the digital contents on the website due to the membership right, the rights and authorisations to share the works produced by the members on the site are referred to as "PRODUCT".

Member, Seller's name, title, open address, telephone and other access information, basic qualifications of the service subject to membership, price including taxes, payment method, delivery conditions and costs, etc. All preliminary information about the service subject to sale and the use of the right of "withdrawal" and how to use this right, official authorities to which they can send their complaints and objections, etc. It accepts and declares that it has been informed by the seller in a clear, understandable and internet environment, confirms this preliminary information electronically and then requests membership.

The seller accepts and undertakes to fulfil the obligations imposed on him in the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, except in force majeure.

Persons under 18 (eighteen) years of age cannot be a member of https://partnersoftomorrow.com. The Seller shall be based on the correct age of the Member specified in the contract. The seller shall not be liable in any way due to the incorrect age of the member.

 Users who want to become a "Member" must fill out the membership form on the site, provide their identity information, approve this Agreement on the INTERNET SITE, and pay the membership fee.

ARTICLE 2: MATTERS ABOUT WHICH THE MEMBER IS INFORMED IN ADVANCE

The MEMBER confirms that he/she has been informed about the following matters by seeing and examining all general-specific explanations on the relevant pages-sections of the WEBSITE before the establishment of this Agreement with the acceptance of the MEMBER on the WEBSITE and both membership and payment obligation.

The basic characteristics of the site subject to membership and the services provided (Product),

 Tools-methods suitable for the purpose regarding the stages of the membership process and the correction of incorrectly entered information,

The confidentiality, data use-processing and electronic communication rules applicable to the MEMBER information applied by the SELLER and the permissions given by the MEMBER to the SELLER in these matters, the legal rights of the MEMBER, the rights of the SELLER and the procedures for using the rights of the parties, 

The payment methods and means accepted by the SELLER for the Product(s) subject to the Contract and the basic features-qualities of the Products, the total price including taxes, 

Other payment/collection and delivery information related to the Products and information regarding the performance of the Contract, the commitment-responsibilities of the parties in these matters, 

Informing the MEMBER about the right of withdrawal and the use of the right,

In cases where there is a right of withdrawal (in other relevant cases), the manner in which the Products may be returned to the SELLER and all related financial matters (including return routes and refund of the Product price),

 Since the Agreement is approved by the MEMBER on the WEBSITE and sent to the MEMBER by electronic mail after its execution, it can be stored and accessed by the MEMBER for the desired period of time, and the SELLER can store it for ten years,

Procedures and practices on privacy, personal data and electronic commercial communications,

In case of disputes, the MEMBER may make its legal applications to the District / Provincial Arbitration Committees and Member Courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law No. 6502 with the contact information that the MEMBER may submit its complaints to the SELLER.

ARTICLE 3- CONTRACT DATE

The contract date is the date of payment of the membership fee by the Member.

ARTICLE 4- CONTRACT SUBJECT, PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
