Return Period: Products can be returned within 15 business days from the date of receipt. After the return period has passed, the product will not be accepted. Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. If the product packaging has been opened, used or damaged, it will not be returned. The product must be sent with its label and original box. Products with removed or damaged labels will not be accepted. Return Fee: Returns within Türkiye are made with free shipping. If the product complies with the specified conditions, the return process is initiated. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted and the product may be sent back.
