Return Period: Products can be returned within 15 business days from the date of receipt. After the return period has passed, the product will not be accepted. Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. If the product packaging has been opened, used or damaged, it will not be returned. The product must be sent with its label and original box. Products with removed or damaged labels will not be accepted. Return Fee: Returns within Türkiye are made with free shipping. However, in case of incorrect or damaged product shipment, all shipping costs are covered by the store. Return Request: To make your return request, you must contact customer service. You can contact customer service by e-mail or phone. Control of Returned Products: After the product is sent back, the products that need to be returned are subjected to quality control. If the product complies with the specified conditions, the return process is initiated. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted and the product may be sent back. Return Fee and Payment Method: The cost of the returned item will be refunded to the same method of payment. Payment is usually completed within 7 business days.
